This Garden Room is so versatile, just ask and we can create your inspirations. Inside the Manor you may hostess an elegant party.

Your guests are invited to come into the stately Victorian Manor or just sit on our wraparound sitting porch.

Ideas
Center pieces
Instead of floral center pieces, why not put a platter of strawberries and a delicious fruit dip in the center for your shower guests to munch on. You can use long toothpicks stuck in a pineapple cut in half and fill the center of the pineapple with the dip. The strawberries would be stuck on the end of each toothpick.
Dips and chips with nuts can also be used as a centerpiece.
Four wick candles make delightful centerpieces.
Parking attendants You may provide your own parking attendants or use my staff. You need at least 2 attendants and they must arrive at least an hour before your guests. I do require attendants to insure safety in case of emergency.
Thank you notes
When you print out your address labels, print out a second set for the person of honor so she will have the right address all ready to go when it comes time for her to send her thank you notes.
Your Parking Attendants If you are asking Dad and some other relative to be the parking attendants, why not book a wonderful massage for them once everyone has arrived. That way they will be here to help carry all the presents out to the car in a great mood.
All events are allowed at least 2 hours before your party to set up and 1 hour following your fun to clean up

We also offer our Dining Room and Tea Room
in our stately Manor for more intimate affairs.
Seating for up to 26 guests.
The room rental is $299 for a delightful 4 hour event. This includes the dining room, tea room and two parlors. Your caterer may use the kitchen for warming and serving. ~~~~~~~~~~ A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to save your date.
Tea Room in the Manor
The charming outside bathroom was at one time the Bath House for a pool. Before that this building was possibly an ice house.
